The ISO committee in France voting on OOXML is bent, too! Charles Schultz has the dispeptic details.
(Thank you, Stephane Rodriguez, for the information.)

News!
The guy from CleverAge has posted the list of 14 voters in AFNOR.
5 of them are Microsoft bitches. 3 of them I am not sure (depends on who votes).
In details,
CIGREF
SOFTFLUENT : ex-Microsoft employees (not converted to the open source spirit)
MICROSOFT FRANCE
CLEVER-AGE : paid by Microsoft
WYGWAM : Microsoft bitch. One of the employees has been bribed by Doug Mahugh for months (in what is now a classic...)
APRIL
ARS APERTA
INRIA : Inherently open source backers but, surprise, Microsoft made a commitment to huge multi-year investment earlier this year with INRIA. The effect on government regulations cannot be understated (INRIA is often influential)
CGTI
AFUL : open source backers
MIN DE L’INDUSTRIE
AFDEL : pro-software patent lobbying association created by Microsoft and the BSA.
CHU de Grenoble
INNOVIMAX SARL

@Stephane
I saw your comment posted in Rick's article and your insults against me on Doug's blog.
I think you have a serieus mental health problem with your wild raging wild accusations and insults over this issue.
Get a grip on life and lose your paranoia. That people do not agree with you does not mean they are enemies.
I find your attitude towards other people in this discussion about Office open XML very disturbing and in some way the same applies to Sam Hisers overly emotional comments like the ones recently on Jason Matusaw'blog.
Like the world revolves around ODF vs OOXML.
If anything is a good reason to support ooxml (at least some on some level) it is that when I discuss things about issues with OOXML with people from Micrsoft they do not insult me but when I discuss things with an ODF supporter mostly all I get is insults.

hAl-
For one thing, one can't have a conversation with liars.
For two, it's time someone called a spade a spade.
For three, go fuck yourself!
