Guv'na Groks IBM's Business Model

Good for background is James Governor's brief on Steve Mills' & IBM's approach to doing business.

Why doesn't IBM do applications? Because they make more on deployment and other surrounding services. For instance, reports Guv, Mills says there's five times the ERP application revenues to be had from executing the surrounding services.
